Think you have what it takes to be an MIS instructor?
Do you have the following:

• minimum 1 year of swimming lesson experience
• good with kids & adults alike
• dynamic teaching style (loud, outgoing, fun)
• adaptable/flexible teaching style
  (can adjust your method depending on the client)
• pay attention to detail
• strong management skills
• team player

MIS instructors are not only excellent instructors, but excellent managers: it is the instructors responsibility to manage & communicate with their clients, schedule make up lessons, respond autonomously to client questions & concerns.
